The 16th Annual Deer Valley Celebrity Ski fest kicks off the Deer Valley ski seasons and once again, Waterkeeper Alliance is proudly returning as the event charity. The Celebrity Ski fest is considered the premiere network celebrity weekend when each Decembers stars from television, film and The Olympics come to Deer Valley for a magical experience and to raise money for charity. This year, for the first time, Waterkeeper Alliance has partnered with charitybuzz to make the festivities available online on a global basis.




Waterkeeper Alliance is a coalition of more than 160 local Waterkeepers, community leaders who take personal responsibility for the health of the waterways and communities they represent. Waterkeepers serve as investigator, scientist, educator and lawyer, enforcing environmental laws and solving environmental problems. Waterkeepers are Riverkeeper, Baykeeper, Coastkeeper, and other citizen advocates who patrol and protect their local waterbody, standing up to polluters and guaranteeing everyone's right to clean water.

Our mission is to connect and support Waterkeeper programs. We provide legal, scientific and policy expertise and take their clean water campaigns to the national and international level.

We are the most effective protector of clean water. Waterkeeper Alliance coordinates and strengthens the advocacy of Waterkeepers across the nation and internationally. We combine first hand knowledge of the waterway, a commitment to active community involvement and an unwavering belief in the rule of law into a powerful, grassroots-driven model for environmental protection.

The Waterkeeper Alliance Deer Valley Skifest Auction will be filled with incredible celebrity experiences from the world of sports and entertainment. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.,noted environmentalist and Waterkeeper Alliance Chairman and founder, leads the noted donors who will be participating in the auction.
